Our eDiscovery professionals provide the firm’s clients legal counsel related to collection, preservation, data processing, and analyze large and disparate data sets to support the litigation needs of the client, including privilege review and logging. We combine our legal skills and innovative workflows with advanced technology to offer innovative and cost effective solutions to our clients' complex legal problems.
The Litigation Support Manager can expect to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the litigation technology team
  • Develop and implement protocols to improve the quality and efficiency of the litigation technology team
  • Work directly with the firm’s lawyers, paralegals and support staff in support of their litigation technology needs
  • Understand and utilize basic litigation support technologies needed for eDiscovery work and secure data transfers
  • Supervise and train litigation technology team members
  • Serve as the liaison for the firm’s litigation technology service providers
  • Maintain client relationships when necessary and ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work
  • Participate in industry conferences and tradeshows
  • Assist with the evaluation of current and potential litigation technology products and service providers
  • Be able to proficiently use the litigation technology used by the firm
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the capabilities of the practice

Job Requirements:

    • 3 years of Discovery/Discovery Consulting experience
    • Demonstrated experience in the Discovery lifecycle including document collection, processing, review and production
    • 2 years’ experience working with Relativity
    • 2 years’ experience working with eDiscovery processing tools such as Nuix, eCapture, Law, etc.
    • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
    • Strong people management skills and in particular management of IT personnel
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
    • Balance multiple client projects and otherresponsibilities
    • Strong ability to properly delegate work load
    • Strong ability to develop work flows and protocols
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
    • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
    • BachelorDegree
    • Understanding of law firm and corporate law department operations
    • Information governance and document retention in the context of e-discovery
    • Ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms
    • Ability to provide strategy and operations design and implementation services
    • Balance multiple client projects and otherresponsibilities
    • Experience in professional services firm
    • Relativity Certified Administrator
