An up and coming law firm in Miami is seeking a highly qualified attorney with experience in insurance defense law.
An ideal candidate will have 5-7 experience with trucking accident defense, auto, security negligence, first-party property, and transportation liability defense cases. This includes knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and surety issues.
