Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt currently has an opening in the Portland, Oregon office for a mid-level litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 3-4 years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation
  • Experience in general business litigation or complex commercial litigation
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
  • Strong client service ethics
  • Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity highly preferred
