Infrastructure Services Manager acts as a leader in in EI and is responsible for setting technical direction, managing the team composition to support that direction, prioritizing associated work based on business requirements, and supporting a growing user community in a fast-paced environment.

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.
Leading, Coaching and collaborating on appropriate methodologies to execute complex and New Technology initiatives.
Have had experience working with a diverse and cross-functional Team. i.e Production support and Engineering Team. Working with on-shore and off-shore Engineers to Meet the organizations commitments
Managing multiple Initiatives and priorities simultaneously. While partnering with Internal and External team members to complete deliverables on time.
Assist Level 1 2, 3 & 4 support staff members on complex server and application type technology problems.
Experience with configuration management (Chef, saltstack, puppet, cfengine, ansible, etc.)
Balanced scorecard Objectives by monitoring team progress towards metric targets and actively participating in Continuous Improvement-related initiatives to minimize unfavorable variances.
Oversees the technical quality of the projects by ensuring that key technical procedures, standards, quality control mechanisms, and tools are properly utilized including performing rootcause analyses for technical problems and engaging in work product quality review.
Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
Specific Skills and Technologies:
Strong inter-personal and communications skills, making presentations to an internal audience.
Ability to train reporting members in Linux/UNIX fundamentals and writing basic documentation.
Must be customer focused and understand the Importance of Diversity/Collaboration and meeting the needs of the organization
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Must have a working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Ability to install, configure and maintain Red Hat Linux server Operating Systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and track complex system problems, using all available resources (vendor support, online documentation) to completion.
Possess an expert knowledge and skill with most aspects of Linux/UNIX systems administration.
Working knowledge of AWS Cloud, Solaris and UNIX operating systems and VMware platform strongly desired.
10 years of related experience minimum
Bachelor's degree with Masters preferred or equivalent experience
