Coordination of OMS

  • Coordination of all obsolescence management activities for In-Service Support (ISS) programs
  • Maintenance of all data, other than BOM and OMS data, on the project watchlist
  • Reviewing Form-Fit-Function (FFF) and non-FFF solutions for applicability
  • Coordination with engineering functions
  • Generation of project Obsolescence Reports
  • Determination of long term support strategies
  • Performing spares modeling accounting for in-service time and down-time
  • Generation of Technology Insertion recommendations
  • Leading obsolescence review board discussions
  • Provision of monthly and quarterly statistics and report inputs.

Support to Customer Service operations

  • Provides analysis, reporting and recommendations as needed to support Customer Services operations procurement and stocking decisions
  • Analyze training center repairs history and parts stocking at customer request

Business Development of OMS

  • Provide OMS and LCMM written definitions for customer proposals
  • Provide LCMM costing and review technical OMS and ILS costing

Senior team member of CS organization

  • Participates in CS management decision making
  • Supports and/or executes special projects related to improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Associate or College degree
  • 5-8years of related experience
