Licensed Professional Counselor LPC to provide remote therapy services to clients across Georgia. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for adults navigating mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and emotional regulation.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure virtual care platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, emotional, and social history
- Develop treatment plans based on each client's needs, goals, and presenting concerns
- Support clients using appropriate evidence-based counseling approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and organized clinical documentation
- Coordinate with internal support teams when client needs require additional resources
- Follow telehealth privacy standards, ethical guidelines, and Georgia licensing requirements
- Recognize risk concerns and follow proper safety planning and escalation procedures
Requirements- Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor LPC license in Georgia
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, individuals, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable delivering counseling services through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Must have a private workspace, reliable internet connection, and basic technology skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems and electronic health records preferred
