Job Description
Winston & Strawn’s Charlotte office is looking for a mid-level associate to join the leveraged finance team to support the firm’s lender and borrower side practices. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 6 years of experience in leveraged buyout financings, primarily in mid-market market. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from an accredited law school. All candidates must be admitted to the North Carolina Bar.
