BAE Systems seeks a Chief Engineer to join its LEO Smallsat Systems Engineering team in Huntsville, AL.


Responsible for System Engineering and Integration of the BAE Systems Low Earth Orbit Systems of Systems program development and delivery. Lead customer interface for technical issues and technical presentations. Map customer specifications to system design requirements. Identify subsystem and system performance and identify risks, gaps and opportunities. Understand and addresses cost, schedule and performance impacts and provide trade-off summaries for management personnel. Provide technical support in developing and maintaining analysis to predict overall system performance, error margins and performance budgets, performance modeling, and simulation and analysis.
