We are interested in hearing from talented attorneys who are self-starters and team players with experience representing employers in federal and state courts and before government agencies, including the MCAD, EEOC and NLRB. Responsibilities include work on all types of employment litigation, labor arbitrations, negotiations and ULPs, from inception to resolution, as well as drafting employment-related agreements and policies and providing counsel to the Firm's clients on the full spectrum of matters arising under state and federal labor and employment laws, including the National Labor Relations Act.
