Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Lease Administrator for its Menlo Park office.

Required Skills:

  1. Provide critical date tracking and support to Facebook’s global real estate team

  2. Responsible for the review of monthly rent rolls, variance reports, and AR sublease report

  3. Ensure the timely approval and processing of monthly rental payments

  4. Draft termination and option exercise notices

  5. Review of estoppel certifications and SNDA’s

  6. Assist cross-functional partners and others within the department on Ad hoc projects and reporting related to lease administration

  7. Verify proper and accurate abstraction of critical dates, lease clauses, and financial obligations

  8. Oversee the flow of leases and lease documentation throughout the life of each lease

  9. Work with third-party lease administration vendor on database management

  10. In collaboration with the lease accounting team, work to ensure compliance with accounting standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree

  2. 5+ years of lease administration experience

  3. Experience in commercial real estate and accounting knowledge to include

  4. Experience understanding and using appropriate real estate and accounting terms

  5. Knowledge of lease management databases

  6. Time management experience

  7. Root cause analysis and analytical experience

  8. Communication experience

  9. Experience managing a high-volume work load and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Accounting experience

  2. CoStar Real Estate Manager experience
