You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and refinement of the LMS by collaborating with Manager and AHS stakeholders
  • Act as liaison to LMS stakeholders for service improvements and changes
  • Establish priorities and development of LMSreporting and performance tracking
  • Create technical requirements and facilitate LMS customizations and integrations
  • Facilitate LMS Administrator training
  • Work closely with AHS Communications office to establish and implement consistent LMS branding and interface design

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS software administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field
  • Knowledge of instructional design processes
  • Strong project management skills

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the daily management and administration of the AHS LMS. With direction from the LMS Administration Manager, this position will support AHS system learning needs by maximizing use of the SABA LMS and related processes, develop and maintain implementation and integration services, and provide both technical and operational leadership to ensure efficient platform operation. The LMS Administrator is a subject matter expert concerning the platform’s capabilities.
