The Lending Department at the Bank is looking for a motivated professional with a keen interest in learning and development to join our Lending Strategic Services team. As the Learning & Development Strategic Programs Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for providing strategic and administrative support for the Lending Strategic Services team, primarily in the Employee Engagement and Learning & Development (L&D) spaces. This will include owning and deploying such programs as Colleague of the Quarter, Residential and Commercial Life of a Loan trainings, and the Lending Services Colleague Onboarding Program. You will also utilize key employee insights/needs to identify and develop additional employee engagement and/or development programs. In addition, you will have an exciting opportunity to partner across Lending Services in order to drive software and platform development initiatives with the end goal of optimizing learning and job skills development. Finally, you will also support the Strategic Programs Manager in assessing and reporting on business impact of these programs up to senior Lending Services management.

In addition, you will:


?Own and deploy existing Lending Services New Colleague onboarding programs consistently and successfully, to include:

?Hiring Manager New Colleague Toolkit

?New Colleague First Day Orientation

?Client ExperienceOnboarding training 

?Own and deploy existing Lending Services L&D programs consistently and successfully, to include:

?Residential & Commercial Life of a Loan Trainings

?Partner with key business stakeholders across Lending Services to build and deploy key scalable Job Skills initiatives, to include:

?Commercial Loan Administration Training

?Residential Closing & Funding Training

?Drive and maintain various employee engagement initiatives within the department, such as:

?Quarterly Newsletter

?Colleague of the Quarter/Year

?Collaborate engagement communications/initiatives

?Leverage insights regarding employee development needs and engagement opportunities to identify, build, and run new programs as needed

?Consistently engage with Lending Services Colleagues to gain program feedback, benchmark ROI/Business Impact of programs, and work with People Development Manager to provide effective reporting around program success and business impact

?Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities or as assigned by supervisor

?Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank

?Must possess at least 2 years of experience in corporate development/engagement or related field

?Bachelor's Degreepreferred

?At least 1 year of financial services experiencepreferred

?Must possess strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, notably Power Point and Excel

?Knowledge of MS Publisher a plus
