Build impact plans for core programs that extend the learning beyond the classroom and implement methods that build accountability for learning with team members and performance counselors. Ability to take a concept or competency and create a detailed training plan for multiple levels of the organization with measurable outcomes. Review current content for fit within strategy and competencies and enhance to fit adult learning models.
Manage communication plans to announce and introduce programs, ensuring all key stakeholders support and endorse programs as required. Ensure proper analysis and communication of CPE compliance status to team members, performance counselors, and Consulting leadership.
Assess all existing learning platforms for continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback from participants, performance counselors, and other stakeholders, plus evaluate current trends and needs of the firm to revise programs appropriately.
Manage vendors and internal faculty to design, develop, and implement programs as needed, includes selecting, monitoring, and assessing instructor effectiveness. Identify appropriate internal instructors and facilitators for programs, properly prepare instructors through formal train-the-trainer programs and provide appropriate support tools for delivery.
Act as a business advisor to all internal clients providing support and direction for applicable learning solutions within the Consulting Practice.
Partner with internal firm administration resources to effectively manage learning events and venue logistics as required.
Assess learning and performance improvement requests within Consulting Practice and make appropriate recommendations for solutions based on business needs, strategy, and budget.
Lead the development of professional onboarding experiences within the Consulting Practice.
Implement firm standards for learning solution metrics to determine overall effectiveness, includes developing mechanisms to enhance, reinforce, and measure knowledge transfer and impact on work performance.
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Education or related field).
Minimum of 5+ years experience in Learning & Talent Development desirable; experience within the consulting practice of professional services.
Demonstrated skill in needs assessment, instructional design, curriculum development, group facilitation, training evaluation, and presentation skills. Strong project management and program management skills.
Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding development strategies, display appropriate knowledge of consulting within a professional services firm, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
Sense of urgency, under promise and over deliver, ability to manage senior level clients, well developed consultative skills, excellent communicator with the ability to tailor communication style to appropriate audience.
Background in digital learning solutions preferred.
Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills required.
Ability to travel and manage non-traditional work schedules as required.
