The D. E. Shaw group seeks an experienced professional to join the firm’s Learning & Development (L&D) team to focus on leader/manager development, professional skills, and mentoring. In this role, you’ll be part of an inclusive and engaging working environment and will collaborate extensively with other members of the innovation-focused L&D team, business stakeholders, and external vendors and partners.
This individual will have operational responsibility for a significant portfolio of the firm’s leadership and manager development programs and will also design and execute mentorship programs. You’ll work with internal and external partners to determine program structure, customize programming, facilitate select programs, drive communication strategy, manage participant experience, track key indicators, and measure impact.
