Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for bringing our aspiration of becoming a Deliberately Development Organization to life throughout the organization. Build individual and organizational capability to enable a strong talent bench and high performing culture. This role will create a competency framework and ensure articulation with our job architecture as well as create a learning strategy that will meet business needs, drive associate engagement and improve internal mobility. They will also be responsible for new associate orientation with the vision to create an outstanding first impression that will engage the hearts and minds of our new hires.
