What you’ll be doing...
You will support the growth and development of our most important asset - our people. By delivering training to our Government teams in the Verizon Business Group, you will be imparting critical skills and knowledge to help them become even better. You will be delivering learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the future. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture.
Delivering programs across our broad training curriculum including strategic/advanced sales skills, enterprise products and solutions, advanced technology infrastructure and solutions; and internal systems/operations/processes to help the Enterprise sales teams achieve key metrics
Utilizing a full range of training delivery techniques, including classroom training delivery, blended learning, virtual instructor led and interactive table-lead facilitation
Supporting training delivery/ facilitation for required sales meetings, workshops and events
Completing and leading Train-the-Trainer (T3) certifications and supporting peer development
Connecting key learning to the business priorities and desired outcomes
Mastering the training content quickly and effectively to ensure expertise in subject matter taught across disciplines and business units
Maintaining a working knowledge of critical Enterprise Sales, Sales Support and Operational needs, with a solid emphasis on emerging vertical trends and challenges
Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to leadership

You’ll need to have….
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in Government enterprise sales and/or learning and development
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Even better if you have….
Delivered training to adults in a professional setting
Excellent facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances
Professional Training Facilitation and Data Technology certifications
Three or more years training facilitation of wireless B2B or Strategic Sales audiences
Three or more years of experience selling to Enterprise or B2B customers
Working knowledge of converged products and service across business units - Wireless Business Group, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, VZConnect, M2m/IoT and Verizon Partner Program
Candidates will need to be located in Ashburn, VA, Annapolis Junction, MD, Irving, TX, Irvine, CA, Denver, CO or Morristown, NJ
