Lean / Six Sigma Business Process Leader
Leader in consumer and commercial products wishes to add Lean/Six Sigma Business Process Leader to their team of industry-respected individuals. In this critical role, the Lean/Six Sigma Business Process Leader will serve as an expert in the application and training/coaching of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
You will hold leadership and management execution of complex projects working within a global team environment that will have long-term cultural and financial impact on our business!
- Change agent, internal consultant and mentor on application of data statistical and simulation analysis tools on complex and cross functional projects with high-visibility and impact to optimize multiple areas of operations.
- Lead projects from development through execution implementing sustainment strategy in partnership with process owners; gain stakeholder approval and commitment throughout project life cycle.
- Provide inspirational leadership to organization in our quest for continuous improvement; expert resource facilitating knowledge transfer and overseeing proper application of Lean/Six Sigma methodology and tools.
- Ensuring voice of customer -- expectations, preferences and contributions are surpassed and adhered to, securing long-term partnership continuation across multiple global product lines.
Bachelor's (Master's and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred)
Minimum of 5+ years' track record leading and executing continuous improvement projects in a dedicated Lean/Six Sigma role within a transactional environment
Superior analytical skills including key statistical methods commonly used in Lean/Six Sigma; excellent ability to develop immediate credibility influence and communicate across diverse audiences and levels of leadership
