JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Coordinate, develop and deliver professional and leadership training for the organization to enable the organization to achieve its business objectives and provide employees with impactful learning opportunities. Supervise, develop and mentor an e-learning specialist. Design and facilitate professional development and leadership training for the organization. Schedule, Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation sessions. Create training content and develop training materials.
Evaluate needs of company and develop training programs accordingly. Assist leadership group with Individual Development Plans. Build solid cross-functional relationships. Coordinate and mentor the "Flagship" Leadership Training Program. Develop, deliver and oversee the management training program, including supervision of the trainees.

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Brainshark a plus. Ability to develop and write training content. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with staff and co-workers to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field: Organizational Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Business. Prior work experience developing, designing, and delivering professional development and leadership training. Proven track record in designing and executing successful training. Prior supervisory experience. Familiarity with training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job and classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations).
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively deliver training.
Ability to travel 30%-50% of the time.
