The incumbent will report to the Director of Opportunity, Learning and Leadership Development and be primarily responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and conducting instructor lead trainings for Telecare Leaders, Emerging Leaders and other Staff as requested by programs.



  • Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ experience supervising and managing performance of others OR Master’s degree and two (2) years’ experience supervising and managing performance of others
  • Two (2) years’ experience in strategic project development and management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence leadership, staff and HR partners
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Proven ability to design and present engaging and impactful programs with documented improvement in individual, team and company performance
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and take initiative while working autonomously from a remote location
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.   • Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct instructor led, dynamic, learner driven live training events throughout the Telecare enterprise including, but not limited to: Leadership Success Series, Emerging Leaders, Trainer Transformation, Conflict Management, Change Management, Communications, Time Management, Team Building and DiSC Behavioral Profiling
  • Responsible for researching exciting and creative ways to deliver training information and material
  • Overall responsibility topartner with subject matter experts, both within and outside of Telecare, to ensure training content reflects the most current leadershipprocessesand policies for application within our ever-changing dynamic environment including:
    • Creating and maintaining content and its development for all regional leadership and staff non-clinical training
    • Managing and revising content based on feedback from leaders and as necessary to adapt to policy & process changes
    • Updating information and documentation in our Learner Management System
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and troubleshooting for Telecare Facilitators and leaders as needed including but not limited to New Hire Orientation
  • Train New Hire Orientation Facilitators and maintain regional coverage of NHO's
  • Support Telecare's Start-up team in opening new locations with coordinating and facilitating New Hire Orientation training
  • Effectively market & create enthusiasm around required and elective trainings to increase training compliance by collaborating withHR Managers, HRGeneralists and other Telecare Leaders to ensure that training is accessible for all shifts, in all regions and all program types
  • Drive other projects as needed by executives or as business needs change
  • Partner with the training team to ensure that materials, supplies and training equipment are ordered, inventoried and managed at each Program Host Training Site
  • Partner with the training team to produce and keep the training calendar, SharePoint site and other training communication up to date and relevant
  • Work closely with Telecare Leaders to support training requests by developing training to meet their needs or helping to identify outside resources
  • Responsible for ensuring training materials are at facilitated training events
  • Responsible for ensuring that the logistics with host programs is managed. This may include arranging program access for arrival, parking, set up and cleanup of training events, and completing inventory of food and training supplies
  • Responsible for travel three (3) or more days per week in assigned region, including coordination of travel arrangements and timely schedule
  • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.
