Leadership RPA - Intelligent Automation

This leadership position in our Intelligent Automation practice drives intelligent automation strategy, capability build-out and implementation of automation including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for both Capgemini internal leverage as well as client adoption of automation and digital transformation. The role requires onsite presence at a client site in New Jersey.
Position requires specific hands-on implementation and architectureexperience with multiple Robotic Process Automation tools (UiPath,Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Automic, Ipsoft, etc.). The resource must have current knowledge in multiple domains outside of RPA including AI, Natural Language Processing, Integration, Machine Learning, and othertechnologies representative of the modern Intelligent Automation ecosystem. The resource should also be able to engage with Capgemini client executives in shaping their automation strategy, tools evaluation and designing and building intelligent automation COEs. Finally, the resource should also be able to lead the build out and operations of RPA teams including setting standards and ensuring high quality RPA delivery and client business impact results.
The position requires the ability to translate complex technical solutions to specific business outcomes. Resource will be the lead architect working with executives from Capgemini as well as our clients. This role will interact with all levels of Capgemini and our clients.This role requires complex problem solving capabilities along with critical thinking skills. The role will be accountable for the success of assigned initiatives.
