The Leadership Learning & Development Program Manager is an individual contributor role, responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to training across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL) for all HPE Leadership. They will partner with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Additionally, they will identify requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. They plan and develop training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Finally, they will develop and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.
