Ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field and three years of related experience. Prefer candidates with a PhD or other Doctoral Degree in Industrial/Organization psychology, social psychology or related fields. Three years' experience conducting and publishing research on human participants and designing measurement projects to capture social/interpersonal competencies and abilities.

SUMMARY

The MD Anderson Leadership Institute takes an evidence-based approach to the leadership development programs to ensure effectiveness of initiatives along with best practice sharing within and outside of MD Anderson. The measurement analyst/writer will have primary responsibility for developing the measures of effectiveness for the programs along with publishing outcomes.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Measurement Designs and embeds measurement within leadership programs to examine outcomes at the individual, program and institution level in an effort to determine efficacy and effectiveness.

Technical/Professional Writing Researches, develops and writes manuscripts, presentations and reports to communicate outcomes achieved in leadership development programs according to institutional and/or professional styles (e.g., APA) of documentation with intent for publication in and presentation to external entities.

Statistical Analysis Conducts statistical analysis at varying levels of complexity to examine effectiveness of leadership development programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
