SUMMARY: This positionreports to the Director, Workforce Engagement & Development and is accountable for the designing, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of leadership development and engagement programs by utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies. Assesses individual and organizational leadership development and engagement needs and evaluates/measures program effectiveness. This positionpartners withother Human Resource professionals and hospital leadership to coordinate leadership and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will serve as an expert by consulting, coaching, and identifying leadership training and engagement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS: This job requires Bachelor's degree with a Master's degreepreferred. Minimum five (5) years experience in an instructional design capacity including program design, development and delivery utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies. Minimum three (3) years experience in training and development directly related to onboarding, leadership and professional development, and engagement programs. Minimum one (1) yearexperience in coaching, leading and collaborating with leadership.
