  • Manage a team of four financial analysts
  • Lead the month-end financial close process (approve the calendar, review the journal entries, review the balance sheet and P&L analysis, etc.)
  • Act as the principal business partner for accounting issues for the worldwide training centers
  • Prepare financial analysis for non-routine transactions
  • Participate in the review of monthly financialreports for the executive management
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls related to month-end financial close process
  • Lead process improvement initiatives related to the month-end close process and the preparation of financial information
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary special projects such as business acquisitions


  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) mandatory
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
  • Experience in team management
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Initiative and leadership
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and an ability to provide recommendations
  • Capable of working in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Demonstrate an ability to prioritize work
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to details
  • Knowledge of HFM an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English)
