Position Summary

Headcount - Lead Technical Support Specialist

This player / coach role will manage a team (2) and contribute directly as a key internal technical support resource. This team and individual will be responsible for answering customer inquiries (phone and web) regarding product applications, cross-reference and part identification, trouble shooting, and installation.

Responsibilities

Phone, e-mail and web customer enquiry support with product fitment and part number identification Provide customer troubleshooting support with vehicle installation and fitment question. Support sales efforts with technical training, trade shows and open house attendance. Support engineering and product management with warranty analysis, installation manuals and vehicle fitment related concerns Effectively communicate customer needs and requirements to sales personal and channel managers Effectively manage and coordinate employee performance initiatives and work schedules for reporting teammates

Qualifications

Bachelor or Science in technical related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good general understanding of mechanical systems, Time management skills,
