The Lead Systems Developer is a global role which requires work on a global platform (North America, Europe and Asia), while requiring flexible hours for early and late meetings, and excellent communication skills to interact in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate has excellent technical capabilities to manage the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), Project Management (as a resource in multiple projects at once), keen eyes for details in documentation and complex quality assurance tests. This position requires a background in programming, database management and systems integration skills to manage our Oracle EBS migration to SAP, Ecommerce (Magento and Shopify) and Bolton systems. Expert knowledge is required in a Manufacturing environment with experience in Sales, Operations, Finance and Ecommerce platform. This position will be an individual contributor working with business analysts and consultants located in different locations. Vision to drive improvements in Process and Procedures for all departments (Sales, Operations, Finance and Ecommerce) are part of the day to day activities associated with technology to improve our Customer Experience and Sales Growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create, modify, and test the codes, scripts, and forms that allow a system to run different types of applications
Contribute to the development of IT operational strategies to align with the overall business strategy as well as corporate strategy
Ensure projects and developments are executed on time and on budget
Ability to manage conflict situations when required to clarify concepts, methodology, and requirements
Ability to work and communicate clearly with all organization levels, from staff to upper management
Meet with business owners, business process owners, subject matter experts, business analysts and developers to plan and execute milestones and overall strategy
Leads meetings and discussions of project requirements, project plans, status report with clarity and conciseness
Works with the Business and Corporate IT team for performance improvements in process, procedures, and training to improve system usage adoption
Act as a Project Manager and Systems Architect providing the best technical solution to solve a problem or enhancement
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adapt software development platform and find new and creative solutions to align to business goals and requirements
Constantly is looking for software development team performance improvements, trainings, mentoring to improve performance and productivity
Extremely organized to control project documentation, MD50's, MD70's, training documentation, formal UAT tests and project approval documentation
Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test processes and configuration assuring quality of any additions, changes or deletions to the system
Maintains focus on security, standards and compliance policies while building optimal solutions
Create and maintain proper system development documentation.

Extensive experience as Oracle Applications e-Business Suite Consultant and Technical Developer in Design, Development and Implementation of Oracle Applications R12
Strong understanding of business flows, underlying technical architecture and table structure of Oracle E-Business Suite
Knowledge of SAP ERP Architecture and Workflows
Technically proficient in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Extensively experienced in Oracle PL/SQL Development i.e. Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions & Triggers
Experience working on SQL*Loader, SQL* Plus, Oracle Import/Export utilities and SQL* Navigator
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Shell and Awk scripting
Experience in NiceLabel, Elmo, ADSI and Vertex
Desired Microsoft Dot Net and Java / Xml
Experience to manage Ecommerce platforms Magento and Shopify
Strong knowledge of Application Implementation Methodology (AIM), Application Object Library (AOL) implementation standards, Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Worked with the business functional areas to research and identify the best technical solution to support business processes
Proficiency with tools used to support Oracle Applications development including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder
Experience in designing, developing, testing, performance tuning and supporting data base applications using Developer Tools (Reports 6i/9i/10g, Discoverer 4i/9i/10g, XML/BI Publisher), PL/SQL on UNIX and Windows platforms.
Excellent in team collaboration, quick adaptation and problem solving with good communication skills
Provide on-call and day-to-day support and work as a part of team in 24x7 production environment
Interaction with the offshore development team for development of reports and changes needed in the requirements.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5 years of management experience.
Experience with Oracle ERP and Ecommerce development is required. Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred.
CMMI or PMI Certification is preferred.
Must have proven management skills with the ability to mentor staff members.
Must have good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization.t.
Must be a champion for pushing IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practices to the infrastructure team and across the organization.
Must be willing to travel to remote offices to understand current business unit and IT challenges in order to recommend solutions.
Must be very proactive in understanding and staying up-to-date on the current projects in progress, projects in pipeline and operational issues. Similarly, must stay up-to-date with industry technology trends and applicability of software/hardware solutions.
Ability to read/write/speak in English.
Ability to read/write/speak in Spanish a plus.
