The Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer leads and executes the quality assurance of mid-large scale technology solutions that deliver business value and reduce risk across the organization, continuously improving time to market.
SQ Assurance Engineers (SQAE) are responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver products and services of the highest level of quality and reliability for the business and customers. The SQAE will be part of the Digital Experience team within the Customer Enterprise Technology Organization focused on the enterprise CMS, mobile app and Experience and Innovation. The Lead SQAE will provide input as to the growing future needs and structure of the QA skillset within the Digital Experience team. The SQAE also creates, executes and documents the tests necessary to ensure that application and technical environment meets performance requirements (technical and functional) and free from defects. The Lead SQAE ensures that quality standards are met and adhered to by using their knowledge and quality assurance methods, tools and techniques. The Lead SQAE will resolve, document, and report to management quality problems that arise.
