The Boeing Company is seeking self-motivated Software Engineers to join the newly formed Boeing Avionics Health Management team to work on developing a suite of vehicle health monitoring applications to be used on multiple commercial and military applications.
This position will lead a diverse team of engineers with various backgrounds and skill levels and will join the dynamic team in St. Louis, MO.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
As a Lead Software Engineer - Vehicle Health Management (Level 4), the successful candidate will assist with the documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.

Typical Education/Experience: Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
