About the Role:
As the Lead Smart Claims you are responsible to define and execute on the strategy for an automated and digital claims proposition. You lead a team of talents, support their personal and professional growth and act as a role model in terms of values, behaviors and business acumen. You must have a strong understanding of Insurance and the Automotive and Mobility sectors and have the ability to develop innovative business propositions and to persuade senior management to buy into them.

Swiss Re P&C Solutions uses Swiss Re's risk expertise, strong capital base and new technology to help clients grow and improve profitability by developing innovative solutions and sharing the risk. The Automotive & Mobility Solutions team develops innovative solutions for Motor Insurance for Insurer, Car Manufacturers and Mobility Providers. In this role you will be leading a dedicated sales and delivery team working closely with clients to find solutions to their mobility related insurance needs.
