As an integral member of the Salesforce Architecture and Solutions team, the Lead Salesforce Cloud Analyst will liaise with Mitel’s business units on eliciting and validating requirements for new requests, including those for large scale transformative projects. They will need to develop deep knowledge of Mitel business systems and organizational capabilities.

The Lead Salesforce Cloud Analyst will work directly with the Development teams on the implementation and testing of enhancements, new integrations and new applications. This further entails developing the technical requirements and creating a solution document addressing both data content and process details.


  • Hands-on support of a very large salesforce.com implementation (Sales, Service, & Communities)

  • Researching integration issues and liaise with development staff to resolve
  • Supporting companion applications (i.e., ERPs, eCommerce, CPQ, 3rdparty SFDC applications, CPQ)
  • Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization
  • Working closely and communicating clearly with teams of varied skill-sets
  • Producing and improving overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration & data model
  • Interact with IT team members, business unit partners, customers and third-party vendors
  • Communicate effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of Mitel enterprise applications
  • Understand the various Mitel business entities and cross divisional relationships
  • Writes solution design guides by analyzing business requirements and processes; reviewing and identifying existing solutions; defining to-be process implementation while identifying data requirements including record types, field contents, and integration mapping as needed
  • Document test scenarios and scripts in a structured way, monitor and perform test execution and ensure test results are recorded  
  • Coordinate re-testing of defects and issues

  • 7-10+ years of work experience in a Salesforce technical role 
  • Ability to discuss experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to perform Salesforce.com administration/configuration/data migration / integration duties as directed
  • Completed the Salesforce Advance Administrator Certification
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Team work with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Detail-oriented capabilities with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, mathematical, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent conceptual and practical knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile
  • Ability to discuss the benefits of a Software as a service model
  • Experience leading analysis activities on large and complex projects
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with PM’s, developers, QA’s and other team members
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
