But all of this is meaningless without great people. So right now we are looking for a Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer with a deep background in designing, implementing, testing, deploying and documenting projects that leverage Salesforce.
How does this role contribute to the cause?
This role will impact our organization by performing hands-on technical implementation for company-wide business systems that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Human Resources. It will require the development of a long-term vision for the overall Salesforce strategy at PatientPop. As well as the planning for executing against that vision through the implement holistic solutions that consider the needs of the entire company.
Who will be successful in this role?
A hands-on Lead with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet business goals and achieve results. This role requires fast paced, high energy, outcome-driven results, working with multiple stakeholders to drive business growth.
Some of our must-have skills include a strong knowledge of architecture + software development in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Zuora. As well as the general administration of Salesforce. The ideal person will also have experience + success at developing a Salesforce reporting and dashboard strategy for organizations. Ensure business systems security and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Have exceptional documentation and best practices. And be able to work cross-functionally, while evangelizing Salesforce and discovering business needs.
Must be able to oversee operations team and guide the overall SF platform vision.
