Position Overview:

The Lead Quality Assurance Specialist will develop a Quality Assurance program that will ensure solutions deployed into FNB production environments are fully tested to minimize risks related to data security, data integrity, and service availability. This includes developing standards, training programs and improved implementation processes. They will also assist the Business units in developing Test Plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensures appropriate testing of all software and systems prior to Production deployment. Validates delivered solutions meet stated business requirements. This includes liaising with Change Management to ensure deployments are executed in strict accordance with the Change Management policy.

Develop formal policies and procedures for testing. Matures testing program.

Works with deployment and LOB teams to develop use cases, test cases, and test plans.

Identifies missing test systems in critical application architecture. Works with infrastructure and application teams to address these gaps.

Maintains documentation of testing activities and results.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
