Lead Project Manager Fiber

We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master with an Agile expertise, ideally within a Mobile App Development space. This specific Scrum Master will not only be responsible for enhancing a new application (Pharos) that supports our Mobility Automation, but you will also be responsible for accurately understanding and connecting with the technical requirements of this project such as SQL scripting and some programming. We are seeking a candidate that is looking for a challenge, as this position will have a bit of a learning curve once the current Scrum Master moves internally. We are looking for excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to deal with aggressive timelines and challenging business partners. Most importantly, we are seeking a candidate that understands the role of a Scrum Master is to support the scrum team by identifying and removing roadblocks that impede progress -- and successfully implement these changes into the environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Scrum master experience (3+ years preferred)

Strong Jira Skills needed (2+ years preferred)

Agile expert, Familiarity with SAFe a +

Previous development experience in any of the following Java, Javascript, JSON, Python preferred

Comfortable in a CICD environment, and Kubernetes and Docker experience or familiarity a +

Solid SQL Skills needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with SAFe a+

Previous development experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON or Python

Any familiarity with mobility Network Architecture (RAN, 5G, LTE)
