The Card Linked Offers team has re-invented the traditional experience of using and running a Groupon. Instead of printing-out or showing a voucher, we're moving the company to a voucher-less experience, where customers link a deal to their credit card and get instant savings whenever they swiped the linked card at our merchants. We call it "Groupon+", and it is the easiest way to save.
But the frictionless savings is just a part of the story -- the real opportunity is in the data. While big online brands are using data to talk to their customers, local merchants are left behind with no way to truly market to new customers aside the traditional tactics (chalkboards, flyers, mail). But merchants have always prided themselves on their personal touch! If they knew more about their customers they could build stronger relationships and grow. All of this is possible with card linked offers, where data can be used with Groupon's platform to give merchants the same tools the big brands use to grow their businesses.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for building a suite of products that transforms Groupon to full CRM suite for local merchants. This means building the tools that help merchants find, engage, and retain customers and personalize offers. You will also be responsible for crafting and driving the broader merchant vision for Groupon+, and hiring a group of high performing PMs, and partnering closely with our sales team to convert your vision to reality.
