Job Description: Responsibilities:
? Development, management and organizational technical support for all CCHCS Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite messaging environments (DEV, QA, STAGE, PROD).
? Assist in any disaster recovery operations. Work with applications, technical support and operations teams during the design, development and implementation of service requests.
? System integration between varies Oracle Fusion Middleware components that includes, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) applications, OSB (Oracle Service
? Bus) applications, HealthCare Adaptor, BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) processes, JMS (Java Message Service) resources such as servers, queues, and modules
? System automation in Oracle Weblogic environment and Windows Server 2012 environment
? System root cause analysis and provide resolution during system outages
? System configuration and implementation for both Oracle Fusion Middleware version 11g and 12c environments.
? Assist in other Oracle SOA and interface related duties as directed by CCHCS management.
? Troubleshoot Oracle SOA server and messaging service outages as they occur, including after-hours and weekends. Install and configure new Oracle technology based environments for SOA messaging and/or application interface as per Oracle Best Practices document.
? Deploy SOA system, messaging, or interface changes as requested by CCHCS Change Management procedures. When issues arise determine, implement and validate the most effective way to resolve the issue including hardware, software and environment configuration changes.
? Analyze and implement the most current Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite patches.
? Comply with CCHCS?s policies, standards, and best practices and assist in enforcement by notifying the CCHCS Delivery Manager of deviations.
? Communicate with internal teams on operational support issues by attending meetings, providing input and recommendations, analysis and findings.
? Participate in weekly CCHCS change control board (CCB), Project Status and other pertinent meetings. Contractor shall perform administrative tasks as requested and approved by the CCHCS Delivery Manager or designee.
? Contractor shall provide weekly status reports using CCHCS template to include hours for each task performed for Oracle SOA Administration and interface development services.
? This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in lead capacity
? This classification requires the possession of a Bachelor?s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the requirededucation on a year-for-year basis.
? Must meet the following Mandatory Qualifications and experience must be within the last ten (10) years:
? Experience in successfully developing SOA composite applications in the Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite (FMW) v11+ PROD environments.
? Experience in designing, implementing, configuring, Oracle SOA and OSB Suites applications/services and related resources such as BPEL, BPM, JMS (queues, server, and modules), SOAP, REST, XML, Java, WSDL, and SQL.
? Trouble-shoot complex enterprise interface applications related issues and provide resolutions.
? Experience producing requirements documents, systems architecture and interfaces, data model diagrams, configuration management documents, and procedural manuals.
? Additional years with mandatory qualifications;
? Experience in supporting enterprise solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment.
? Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework.
