You will drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will directly analyze large data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs.

To help achieve this, the Ads Marketing Analytics team runs scaled marketing programs to help our millions of potential and existing users in a tailored way. We empower Ads business growth with deep analytic insights, rigorous measurement, machine learning models and big data. In this role, you’ll be a senior data science leader to drive rigorous controlled online experiments and statistical causal inference studies to measure our marketing incrementality.
As the Lead of Experimentation Analytics, you will be responsible for the incrementality measurement of our marketing programs, which are drivers of significant growth for Google. You will manage a high-performing team of data scientists to help drive a deeper, actionable understanding of what is truly helping our customers, and why. You will work cross-functionally to improve our understanding of the global Ads business landscape.
