As a Lead IT Risk & Information Governance Analyst, and in conjunction with the Director of IT Risk & Information Governance, they will lead our efforts to mature CLA's risk management program, processes, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and/or maintaining a risk program and monitor growth through a maturity model. This is a remote position within the cities listed above.
• Lead the CLA IT's Risk Program. • Mentor and develop Risk Seniors and Associates. • Manage the risk project portfolio and drive mitigation efforts as related to our risk register with internal and 3rd party teams. • Compile and quantify risks for reporting and communicate results in a meaningful way to program stakeholders. • Apply various risk assessment strategies to identify risks and carry mitigation efforts to completion by successfully leveraging IT teams. • Leverage various cybersecurity and privacy frameworks to assess and identify risks while using results to build baselines and drive effort to prioritize and resolve gaps. • Provide stakeholders guidance as to how to mitigate risks identified through the assessment process. • Develop and maintain IT processes to minimize risk. • Review and approve all changes as related to our risk assessment platform. • Leverage and apply the FAIR model or similar quantitative models to risk models. • Assist stakeholders in developing and maintaining CLA's business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
Job Education Requirements:
Experience: Five years demonstrated experience in data security, cybersecurity, business management, audit and compliance, project management, privacy and security frameworks, risk assessment, risk analytics, risk modeling, and/or risk management. Three years of demonstrated ability to manage complex projects. Two years of demonstrated ability to lead project or operation teams. One year of demonstrated ability to successfully train staff.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on Risk Management, Information Security/Cyber Security, Audit, Risk/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or Project Management. Five years of work experience in one of the aforementioned disciplines to be considered in lieu of education.
