The Lead HRIS and Operations Analyst:

  • Leads and coordinates with Human Resource, Legal, Finance, Tax/Compliance and Operating Teams to facilitate and complete transaction due diligence
  • Partners with HR M&A lead to refine existing due diligence checklist for HRIS, Payroll and HR Operations
  • Completes the process of finalizing the HRIS section of an overall HR M&A Playbook currently in development and continually refining it as new learnings appear
  • Works in partnership and take direction from HRIS/Workday, Payroll and HR Operations leads
  • Serves as the HRIS and HR Operations SME to the transaction team in creating solutions presented by unique acquisition target requirements
  • Makes recommendations on Operating Model and system configurations in support of acquisition requirements and an improved employee experience
  • Provides advice to subsidiary HRBP’s and business leads on best approaches to HRIS, payroll, and HR Operations processes including the design of creative solutions to specific business unit requirements
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting information to internal customers
  • Manages the assimilation process to effectively facilitate integration of subsidiaries in regard to the full spectrum of HR Operations related activities
  • Drives key internal teams (Legal, IT, Operations/Services, HR, Tax, Finance etc.), subject matter experts and external parties through assimilation process of HR Operations related matters
  • Coordinates key partners to determine best organizational structure and implications to human capital
  • Serves as a consultant and change agent leading functional and business areas to gain synergies, and establish sound business practices/solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS applications
  • 5 years of Workdayexperience.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Security
  • Working knowledge of general Payroll fundamentals and Workday configuration
  • Experience in otherWorkday modules
  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Excel
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; keen ability to multi-task and prioritize work deliverables as needs evolve
