Are you looking for a challenging and influential role at an established and successful technology company that is in a rapid growth phase? Infoblox Education is hiring a Lead Generation Manager to help us grow our customer training business. In this new role at Infoblox your core responsibility is to lead from the ground up, the strategy and execution of a lead generation program that delivers the lead pipeline necessary for the Education Team to exceed its sales plan. To be successful, you'll be a self-starter who enjoys being the go-to leader for all things lead generation. You are hands-on with a world-class vision and playbook for success that you are excited to apply in a greenfield environment. This position can be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute lead gen activities to seed, nurture and grow a pipeline of user training leads
  • Use a mix of direct marketing outreach and promotions and in-person and virtual user group events
  • Communicate to Infoblox and Partner AEs of the value of training users now, to drive future product sales
  • Manage marketing automation email newsletters and webinars targeting AEs and partners and customer users
  • Lead the launch of new Infoblox Education solutions, including new courses, modalities, and packaged offerings
  • Collaborate with Education Success Leads, Regional Sales Directors, Inside Sales and Authorized Training Centers to build joint marketing programs and increase field and partner-sourced contribution to the business
  • Measure, analyze, and report on pipeline building activities to provide visibility to pipeline health and evaluate campaign return on investment
  • Manage budget and spend, to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the Education Team
  • Assess the end-to-end demand generation function and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to execute demand gen programs with a focus on delivering sales-ready opportunities
  • Independently capable of driving day-to-day activities with minimal management consultation
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to support the success of Infoblox Education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and at ease working in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with project management across multiple teams and work streams

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years in demand or lead generation, ideally in enterprise training, technology, security or networking
  • Direct experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, end-to-end, against measurable goals
  • Project management across multiple teams and work streams
  • Comfortable writing campaign emails, user group newsletters, landing pages, blog posts, and wins-of-the-week
  • Hands-on experience executing, tracking and reporting-on demand and lead generation activities in Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
