JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer in the Dayton, OH area is looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer for a direct hire opportunity. This person will be responsible for being the subject matter expert for a team of 4 UI developers to collaborate and design a system architecture program that satisfies requirements for both near and long term customer objectives. Interface with users to understand their needs, apply UX best practices to improve usability of software and survey successful implementations of similar applications to make recommendations on what can be utilized. Develop UI using HTML and JavaScript and language extensions, server/backend software.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

U.S Citizen and Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Extensive experience using such tools as HTML & JavaScript

Leadership experience

Experience with C++, C# or Java. Preferably C++.

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience using tools such as Chromium Embedded Framework, Electron.js, or similar

Experience with 3D rendering libraries such as X3D, three.js, WebGL, OpenGL, or Tinker cad.

Master’s Degree

Department of Defense (DoD) experience

Active Secret clearance
