Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing Email & MAP, Demand Gen, or ABM design strategies and insuring deployment and operational success of Enterprise client Marketing Automation & Demand Gen initiatives, including MAP architectures, Demand Gen models, user access/ management, data, content and Customer Journeys implementation, 3rd party platform integrations, functionality and analytics.
  • Develop Strategic Marketing Automation Recommendations for client initiatives.
  • Work closely with Director of Email & Marketing Automation, Campaign Specialists, Project Managers, and Account Client Partners of the agency as Strategic lead on multiple Marketing Automation, Email and Cloud Marketing engagements.
  • Interpret Client business requirements into detailed strategic frameworks to implement end-end Email Marketing, Marketing Automation and Lead Generation models.
  • Work with clear strategic project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of all Strategic and Execution deliverables for the practice and its projects.
  • Conduct Client Workshop and Requirements sessions with clients.
  • Leads team of SMEs where needed depending on scope and complexity of requirements, platforms & integrations.
  • Design Customer Journey Maps, Automation Schematics, Advanced Nurture Builds and Drip Flows, Custom Rules, Triggers, Email Templates, Landing Page Structures, Forms Frameworks and other Automation asset models.
  • Develop MAP Taxonomies and Folder Structures and Functional Models.
  • Conduct MAP and ABM (Account Based Marketing) Assessments.
  • Develop Lead Stage, Lead Routing Flows, Content and data mapping and lead field stage automation in MAP and CRM platforms.
  • Develop Strategic Marketing Automation Recommendations for client initiatives.
  • Assist Director with project estimates and attend client meetings in both pre and post sales processes.
  • Knowledge and application of Customer Journey, Advanced automation and best practices strongly desired.
  • Determine appropriate strategic Automation architectures, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to agency management, Director, and clients.
  • Research and review emerging technologies or applications and opportunities to integrate them into the Solutions practice.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 overall years experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation Strategy & Implementation.
  • 4+ years in CMS/DAM/DMP/CRM platforms.
  • 3+ years HTML5, UX/UI Design principles.
  • 4+ years Analytics experience including attribution and Demand Gen modeling. Platforms like IBM Einstein, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics a plus.
  • 2+ years experienceworking with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and some knowledge of SQL.
  • 6+ years using ESP and MarTech platforms including Adobe Marketing Cloud and AEM, SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong preference for Adobe AEM or Adobe Campaign certification.
  • AI and IoT strategic design experience a plus.

  • BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
