Energy Transfer Partners - We are one of the largest Master Limited Partnerships with one of the most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States, totaling more than 71,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids and refined products pipelines, traversing 36 states with associated terminalling, storage and fractionation facilities.

 

This position is part of the Accounting and Finance organization and supports the Crude Oil Acquisition and Marketing segment of the organization. This business gathers, purchases, markets and sells crude oil using approximately 300 crude oil transport trucks and approximately 120 crude oil truck unloading facilities. The deal capture admin group supports the crude marketing buyers and the accounting team.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Work closely with the commercial team on capturing new and amended deal information in ETP’s deal sheet system
  • Oversee the review of crude oil contracts to ensure accuracy to the deal sheet and accounting system
  • Update and maintain ETP’s accounting system with contract information
  • Work with customers to resolve contract questions and issues
  • Work with various internal groups (trucking, accounting, ticketing) to ensure correct processing of monthly business based on contract terms
  • Oversee the review and analysis of all regional deals on a monthly basis
  • Work with management on capturing data elements of specialized commercial deals
  • Acts as a knowledgeable contact point to provide explanation of procedures and requirements for deal sheet accuracy

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Self-starter who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • 7+ years’ experience working with Oil and Gas contracts
  • Highly detailed and deadline oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, required to work on several projects concurrently and prioritize tasks as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Progressive knowledge of Microsoft Office
