Lead Business Intelligence Content Developer

Job Summary

As a part of the Business Intelligence Senior Leadership Team, you will have shared responsibility for strategic and longterm planning for Business Intelligence, creating development standards and best practices; recommending, designing and implementing operating plans for enterprise reporting. The incumbent works closely with end users, business partners, technical teams and senior leadership, to provide Bl reporting and dashboard solutions to solve business problems. You will lead development efforts and mentor end users, business analysts, report authors, & visualization developers on Bl best practices and development standards. You will also provide design/development and guidance/consulting services for theenterprise reporting community.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or other analytic fields
  • Six years of business intelligence and data warehouse work experience
  • In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and requiredwork experience
  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, or PL/SQL
  • Strong experience with Tableau or other visualization software
  • Experience with Cognos Analytics or other enterprise reporting tools
  • Experience with a variety of technologies, including Bl and analytics platforms, data warehouse, ETL tools, processes and designs, and data quality/data governance initiatives.
  • Strong visual design skills used in creating information solutions, easy to understand reports and dashboards


  • Master's degree
