Lead Analyst CRM – Multiple Positions (San Jose, CA & unanticipated locations throughout the US) Duties: Responsible for cloud-based applications architecture, development, integration, data management, user management, security management, enhancements, customization and production support using Salesforce, Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Oracle, PL/SQL, J2EE, JSP, Struts, XML, JSON, Ajax, SOAP, and REST. Design and develop functional and technical designs for Salesforce CRM business solution components and prototypes. Gather requirements with business and end users to define the appropriate solutions for their needs for Cloud and Mobile solutions using tools like Use cases, process flows, system flows, etc. Interview business users, document detailed requirements, process & data flows, and use cases, create and execute test scenarios and plans, as well as obtain necessary agreements and sign-offs on such documentation. Full life cycle implementations of CRM implementation projects including high-level requirement, analysis, design, configuration, customizations, and defining standards. Implement security and share rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of the organization. Develop Apex Classes, Triggers and Visualforce programs. Build utilities and reusable components to be used across several parts of the application. Support deployment activities across SFDC environments through change sets, configuration documentation, code versioning and deployment, test classes and smoke test. Assist on day-to-day SFDC end-user support cases, resolving cases in an efficient manner. Manage and coordinate releases with code configuration and support fixes. Build and execute data conversion/migration scripts and procedures. Develop queries and scripts to analyze large datasets. Manage components of private, public or hybrid cloud environment, related Business Systems Integrations solutions. Conduct business requirement session & prototyping workshops with business users to support tailoring of Salesforce.com applications. Work with users and technical team to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements including integration with other enterprise systems or 3rd party software. Define, develop test strategy and build test classes to perform the testing of Mobile and Cloud applications. Conduct end-end system testing with different interfaces. Prepare Test Summary and Defect Status Reports and review them to the overall project team.

Required: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Oracle, PL/SQL, J2EE, JSP, Struts, XML, JSON, Ajax, SOAP, and REST.

In the alternate, will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Oracle, PL/SQL, J2EE, JSP, Struts, XML, JSON, Ajax, SOAP, and REST.
