Lead AEM Architect at R2integrated in Baltimore, MD

• Work with VP of Technology to define AEM standards and execution plans.
• Provide progress updates for the team to project managers on individual projects
• Develop custom modules
• Lead design/code reviews for technical staff
• Lead day to day development efforts of development team
• Develop new Web Applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications
• Alert colleagues of changes and new technologies and how they can benefit the development team
• Assist in training of new staff
• Provide technical support for clients
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management
• Assist in creation of technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related work experience
• Must have the ability to follow verbal and written communications and; communicate effectively with public and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
• 3+ years of development experience.
• 3+ years’ experience developing web-based applications using CQ5/AEM
• 5+ years’ experience using JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
• 5+ years’ experience integrating with web services
• Experience in other Content Management Platforms (DNN, Sitecore, Drupal)
