Necessary for Excellent Patient Care:
The therapist is a significant contributor to the treatment plan and serves as the “hub” for patients, their families, service providers and health care providers. Without their coordination of services and input regarding response to treatment, the treatment plan would be fragmented and fail.
Necessary for the Success of Willow Springs:
The therapist is necessary for the success of Willow Springs Center because they coordinate with so many entities. They work with outside service providers, physicians, clinicians, health care providers, parents and guardians to ensure beneficial treatment plans and effective discharge plans. Therapists are the face of Willow Springs Center and directly impact the success of Willow Springs Center, in the greater community and within the center.
