Using project management, leadership and strategic skills, you will develop project objectives, scopes, project execution plans, risk management plans, cost estimates, budgets and schedules.  You will obtain and manage necessary resources and materials, and execute projects from conception to start up, while providing regular reporting of status to stakeholders, and being responsible and accountable for meeting all project objectives and milestones.  While technical expertise and ability to execute projects are essential, equally important is ability to provide leadership and work day-to-day issues with project team members and stakeholders in a collaborative manner.  We are looking for someone with a “can do attitude” who is able to anticipate and manage challenging situations, use critical thinking to develop economic analyses and marginal evaluations, solve problems, remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and make sound recommendations.  The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, have experience and willingness to work in a phased project process, and be innovative and motivated to drive competitive project execution.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience managing capital projects with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR 15+ years of project management experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing sector, including large capital projects
  • Demonstrated work experience utilizing a phased/gated project execution model


This role is subject to the Transportation Workers Identification Credentialing rule or “TWIC” and requires the successful candidateto obtain a TWIC identification badge, allowing for unescorted access to the facility within a specific time period.


What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a process manufacturing environment where responsibilities involved Operations, Maintenance or Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, or civil engineering
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge or background (mechanical, chemical, instrumentation, electrical, etc.)
