Job Description

As a Land Acquisition and Development Director - Build to Rent ("BTR") working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land acquisition, entitlement planning and development processes applicable to higher-density build to rent developments. The "hybrid" developments include single family homes built in a multi-family apartment-style setting. The individual will directly source land that is suitable for build to rent and oversee the entitlement and development of those properties per an established playbook specific to Taylor Morrison's build to rent strategy.Job Details
