Job Description

JLL is seeking a Lab Services Manager to join our team. This position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at a client site. This role manages the Laboratory Services teams operating in QC & research laboratories, support areas and shipping & receiving.

Essential Functions

  • Directs Laboratory Services operations to achieve client requirements. Proactively manages Lab Services team, in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) for the account, implementing client standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
  • Laboratory Services include consumables stocking/ level management, shipping and receiving operations, labware support, pipette program management, and work order execution/ reconciliation.
  • Assists with the preparation and monitoring the annual budget and capital plan. Assists upper Management in development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
