GSAM Front office support focused on working alongside the business to help address both day to day and long term needs across multiple departments in the Asset Management Division. Common issues include, but are not limited to, Application issues, Auditinvestigations, User education and Inquiries and Infrastructure projects.
The candidate will be providing short term issue resolutions, highlighting system and process deficiencies, proposing and implementing system improvements

High level of analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with key business partners
ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Ability to debug code and identify issues; execute small code changes, development and enhancement tasks.
Ability to work in parallel with development teams
Tech Experience :
SQL, JAVA, C, C++
Experience with Unix/Linux environments
Knowledge of multiple file transfer protocols (SFX,SFTP,FIX)
Experienced in Infrastructure related tasks (Mongo, Server Maintenance, BCP's) would be an added bonus
B.S. in a technical discipline or B/S./B.A. with equivalent working experience.
